FLORIDA – Following last week’s news that Trump impeachment whistleblower Alexander Vindman will challenge unelected, appointed U.S. Senator Ashley Moody in Florida, national elections experts have shifted the race out of the “Safe R” column and put it on the playing field.

Out of the Swamp PAC was the first entity to spot Moody’s vulnerability last year and launch digital ads. Today, it’s out with its latest digital ad tying Moody to ICE’s violent and illegal actions in Minnesota and around the country. The ad directly hits Moody for her so-called “HALO Act” that would create a buffer zone for ICE Agents and prevent Americans from their right to protest and capture video footage of ICE’s violence. 

“Ashley Moody moved to give ICE more power. Then Alex Pretti and Renee Good were murdered. No checks, no consequences.” the ad states. “Ashley Moody isn’t protecting us, she’s protecting them”.

In addition to the digital ad, the PAC is going up with a new billboard campaign in South Florida, depicting Moody standing next to a masked ICE Agent: “Ashley Moody Stands With Them. Not You.” 

“Ashley Moody keeps showing us who she works for, and it’s not Floridians,” said Out of the Swamp PAC Executive Director Gabrielle Adekunle. “Instead of protecting our freedoms or addressing the rising costs squeezing families, Moody is pushing legislation that shields violent, criminal behavior by ICE while silencing the brave citizens who want to speak out against it.”

The ad and billboard campaign underscore a growing pattern: Ashley Moody consistently chooses partisan political agendas over the rights and voices of Floridians. As she prepares to face voters for the first time as a U.S. Senator, Out of the Swamp PAC is continuing to define Moody on her own record.

This latest ad buy builds on the PAC’s sustained digital campaign to hold Moody accountable and ensure voters understand the stakes of her time in office. Out of the Swamp PAC will continue scaling its efforts throughout 2026 as Democrats organize to compete aggressively in Florida, a state they cannot afford to surrender.
